The Arapahoe Park and Recreation is able to permit the athletic fields at Cherry Creek School District Elementary School within the park district boundaries under the terms of a Joint-Use Agreement.  Cherry Creek School District provides guidelines for the days of the week and times that are allowed for athletic field permits and use.

Timberline Elementary School has potentially smaller athletic fields.  This means the outfield of the baseball field can overlap with the soccer field.  For safety reasons, permits are only issued for the younger athletic league participants.
