The Arapahoe Park and Recreation is able to permit the athletic fields at Cherry Creek School District Elementary School within the park district boundaries under the terms of a Joint-Use Agreement.  Cherry Creek School District provides guidelines for the days of the week and times that are allowed for athletic field permits and use.

Aspen Crossing Elementary School has smaller athletic fields.  This means the outfield of the baseball field overlaps with the soccer field.  For safety reasons, permits are only issued for the youngest athletic league participants.
