2007 Swim Lesson and Swim Team Information

On June 1, 2002, APRD opened a public outdoor swimming pool at Lookout Park; located on the southeast corner of South Picadilly Street and South Riviera Way.

The complex includes an 8-lane 25-meter swimming pool with a maximum depth of 5.5 feet, a shallower wading pool that is attached at one end of the main pool, and a separate 20’ x 40’ pool for toddlers.  Included are a bathhouse that contains restroom/changing rooms, vending equipment, an office and a mechanical room. A hilltop shelter, trails, parking lot, lawn areas and landscaping are also located at the facility.  Over $650,000 has been contributed by local residential developers for the pool, bathhouse and parking lot. An additional $300,000 was contributed by Arapahoe County from other developer fees for the hilltop shelter
