Center is seeking a
Supervisory Part Time Customer Service
Representative
This individual will be directly responsible for
providing exceptional service to all The Trails
Recreation Center patrons and performing operational
duties including collection of all monies,
monitoring all access and receiving phone calls to
the recreation center.
They will perform various administrative
duties, assist in development of resources utilized
by front desk staff and fulfills the role of Manager
on Duty when professional staff is not present.
This individual must have excellent customer service
skills and the ability to communicate effectively,
both verbally and in writing.
Minimum requirements: 2 years customer
service experience; 1 year experience working within
a recreation facility environment; supervisory
experience preferred.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20
hours a week, including nights and weekends.
Cash handling and a flexible schedule
required.
Current First Aid and CPR certification
within 3 months of hire.
Hiring Range is $9.00-$16.20 depending on
qualifications, plus a benefits package including
vacation and sick.
